SMS Program Description

Logos Ops LLC operates an SMS messaging program through Rapid Response OS™. Message types include missed call alerts, emergency service follow-up notifications, appointment confirmations, audit scheduling, and lead qualification communications. This program is designed to help emergency service businesses capture inbound leads and respond to homeowner inquiries faster.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and level of engagement with our services.

Message and data rates may apply. Logos Ops LLC is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Carrier liability disclaimer: Logos Ops LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to factors outside our control, including carrier outages, network congestion, or device compatibility issues. SMS delivery is not guaranteed by any carrier.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. The Services are intended for business use by restoration companies, contractors, and service providers.

2. Service Description

Logos Ops LLC provides AI-assisted intake and response automation, lead interception and communication workflows, training, consulting, audits, implementation support, software integrations and systems design. We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business and contact information, not misuse or exploit the Services, not use the Services for unlawful or deceptive activity, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

All fees are billed according to pricing provided at purchase. Payments are due immediately and non-transferable. Refunds are not provided unless stated in writing. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, frameworks, training, branding, and software are the property of Rapid Response OS™ and Logos Ops LLC. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or rebrand any part of the Services without written permission.

6. Client Data

We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer information, or leads. By using the Services, you grant us permission to process this data solely to deliver the Services.

7. Third-Party Tools

The Services may integrate with third-party tools such as SMS carriers, AI engines, and CRMs. We are not responsible for outages, data policies, or performance issues caused by third-party providers.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific job capture percentages, revenue outcomes, lead volume, or market exclusivity. Results vary based on implementation, market conditions, and business operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logos Ops LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the issue occurred.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination you must stop using the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the latest version.
